As a Director of DCL Recruitment, Rachelle is responsible for managing the business both operationally and strategically as well as recruiting permanent positions across a wide range of industries. Drawing on the teams experience in Human Resources, Finance and Marketing industries we believe it’s our honest, ethical and fun approach coupled with our level of expertise and local knowledge that has resulted in our collective successes.

Helen is a Director of DCL Recruitment and is passionate and highly focused in her approach to matching the right person to your business needs. She brings a wealth of experience with her, initially commencing her career in Human Resources in the late 1980’s working in a variety of Generalist HR and Recruitment Specialist roles for leading Australian and International companies covering a range of industries including, Retail, Hospitality, Advertising, Sales, Finance and IT.
In 2005 she made the switch to the Recruitment Industry where she has successfully managed both permanent and temporary desks recruiting for both large multinationals and local businesses assisting with staffing needs at all levels from Senior Management through to entry level roles building an intimate knowledge of the local market.
Helen is customer focused, possessing exceptional negotiation and commercial skills, a good ear for understanding the specific needs of each business and continues to build strong and rewarding relationships with both candidates and clients.
Hillary brings an international perspective to the DCL Recruitment skill pool, with recruitment experience in the USA as well as closer to home. For over 15 years she has worked in our industry, helping create successful partnerships with businesses that range from small local companies to multinationals.
With a finance degree, Hillary is well qualified to look after the accounting and business support needs of our clients, and specialises in filling temporary positions with ideal candidates. An integral member of the DCL team since 2007 she has built excellent relationships with both employers and employees, and is always keen to optimise the strength of her network.
