Customer centric and quality driven manufacturing business on the Northern Beaches have an opportunity for a Finance & Admin Officer to join their team. Looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, driving results and a previous career history in a similar role. The Role:As Finance & Admin Officer you will report into the Finance Team Leader and work as part of a team to:
• Process supplier payments and upload payment files to bank
• Billing data entry into NetSuite
• Review import documents & data entry of multi-currently billing
• Process foreign currency supplier payments
• Liaise with suppliers, banks and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation
• Support AR function
• Assist with sales order reconciliations
• Process general journals
• Update cash flow data
• Assist the Finance Manager and Team Leader with stock take reconciliations & audits
• Other general finance and administrative tasks when needed
Skills & Experience:• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Foreign Currency and inventory transactions
• Proficiency in financial software (ideally NetSuite)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and to deadlines
• Relevant tertiary qualifications viewed favourably
