The Role:Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager your initiative and strong communication skills will be valuable assisting across various areas of the business with a focus on the below tasks:
Duties/Responsibilities:• Managing phone calls and messages
• Processing of orders
• Assisting with customer inquiries
• Assist Sales & Marketing team with sample requests
• Database management
• Management of office supplies
• Liaising with all areas of the business to coordinate customer service requests
• General admin support
Skills/Requirements:High attention to detail
Previous similar experience
Great communication and organisation
Good written and verbal communication
Team Player
Intermediate skills Word / Excel
