This well established, leading Northern Beaches SME are looking to add to their team of talented professionals with a part time Finance & Admin support. This is truly a flexible opportunity to work 3 or 4 days with shorter hours to fit in with busy schedules!
You’ll work independently as well as closely with the finance team in this key support role.
Key Responsibilities:• Follow up on outstanding debtor accounts via phone and email
• Provide administrative support to the finance team (data entry, reconciliations, document
management)
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a professional and helpful manner
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting tasks
• Assist with general office administrative duties as required
Your previous experience:• Proven experience in an administrative or finance support role
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Clear and confident communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Proficient with Xero (training provided)
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in
