The Company A well established & leading Australian manufacturer based on the Northern Beaches seeks a passionate team player to provide excellent customer service and support product sales. The Role
Working in a close knit team you will be responsible for engaging with distributors, contractors, builders and homeowners to provide product recommendations, troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries with tailored product recommendations
• Identify sales opportunities & support customers in making informed purchases
• Process & manage warranty claims
• Conduct product training sessions for customers & internal sales
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies
• Maintain up to date product knowledge
• Oversee ISO compliance ensuring processes meet regulatory standards
• Set up trade displays for product demonstrations
• Maintain CRM including warranty & order entry into ERP
• Preparation of weekly sales reports & warranty summaries
• Provide general support to the sales & marketing teams

Skills and Experience
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Troubleshooting & problem solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude & product installation knowledge preferred
• Highly organised with strong customer relationship skills
• MS Office and CRM software proficiency
• Preferred experience in customer service technical support or sales
