To gauge a measure of each candidate's understanding
of the warehouse environment, and basic Pick/Pack skills, applicants are
asked to complete a Pick Slip Questionnaire. DCL RECRUITMENT then
completes the recruitment process with a heavier weighting on the Behavioural
Interview and Reference Checking components to gain the most
accurate overview possible, of each candidate's skills and suitability
