Executive EA - Pharmaceutical

The Role
Bring your executive level EA skills to this interesting and challenging role supporting the Vice President and MD for the Australian and NZ operations. Your strong interpersonal skills will be put to the test as will be an integral link between the executive team and leaders within the organisation.

Responsibilities
High level executive support to the VP and MD ANZ
Complex diary management
Manage national & internal travel arrangements
Preparation of expenses
Correspondence, presentations & reports, agendas & minute taking
Coordinate company events, conferences and off site meetings
Respond to enquiries on behalf & in the absence of the VP & MD
Coordinate logistics for visiting international Leadership Team
Edit, design & distribute internal communications
Assist Finance in managing the corporate travel agency

Experience
Minimum of 5 years proven track record working at CEO level
Experience within the Pharma industry or clinical scientific environment is desirable
Professional communication skills verbal & written
Demonstrate initiative & innovative thinking
Ability to maintain confidentiality or sensitive information
Advance MS office skills
Experience in directing media enquiries is desirable
Good judgment ability and solutions focussed
