This is a great opportunity to work for a global leader in the dynamic IT industry. Our client is a leading provider of IT solutions and as a Sales Support team member you will work closely with Sales Managers in supporting clients daily with advice on orders and quotes. Responsibilities:
Day to day service to clients
Processing orders & quotes
Answering enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability and volume licensing
Acting as the first point of contact for defined customers on product enquiries
Interacting with other departments to resolve customer issues
Responding to customer enquiries efficientlyRequirements:
Strong customer service skills
Have the ability to determine problem areas and recommend solutions.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Impeccable follow up skills and be able to show initiative
Ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience working for an IT distributor or vendor would be highly regarded as would Microsoft licencing experience.
