Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

Key role to build & maintain relationships

Our Client a successful Brookvale based company whose customers include top tier National and International companies!!

The role you will report to the General Manager - Sales and Marketing while ensuring that quality and customer satisfaction standards are met. Your above average communication skills will be required to maintain and develop ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities

Accurate order processing
Generating reports from Excel to report on customers orders
Work closely with Sales, Production and Warehouse teams regarding pricing, stock availability and order status
Ongoing communication with customers over the phone or email.
Attend daily production meetings
Maintain customer information
Liaison with transport service providers

Skills Experience

Experience processing orders within an ERP systems such as PRONTO or SAP
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Good planning and coordination skills
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Self Motivated with a ’Can do’ attitude
Good problem solving skills
Team player

To be successful you must have a proven track record in working in a customer service environment or comparable position coupled with good computer skills. Previous experience working with export and freight documentation would be viewed favorably.
